once a while back, i was backing down a drive way (at my sisters mother in laws at her husbands birthday party) that had a narrow gate at the end and i scraped the side of my car on the gate... from the trunk to the front door. it was like $2500. and we didn't claim in on insurance so we had to pay it out of pocket.
