Honestly, I had an almost identical situation with my 5 year old son. We walked into my warehouse where 3 of my employees were, with their kids. As we got closer, my son blurted out, "Which one is Jerry, the asshole?" fortunately, Jerry wasn't one of the 3 that I walked up to.
