That's what happened to me, someone sent me a PM, I got it on the forum, along with the red banner! But hotmail is still acting up, I have been able to access it the last week or so everyday, and for whatever reason the other day it was down again, today both times I logged on, it was fine.. My hotmail was working fine. My work email url isnt hotmail or outlook but it works through outlook. Weird turn of events.
