It's because we want CHEAP parts, and that's how you get cheap parts, produce them overseas where labor is cheap.

Exactly and we're not speaking of slight increases in the prices of parts. While it may not be an issue for Cadillac customers, generally speaking, I don't know that Chevrolet customers are in the income bracket to pay for the increases.
