Good.
This is what over 77 million wanted (reversal of Federal Support for EV Adoption) so file it under "promises made, promises kept" once it's signed into law.
Next step would be to build out safe/secure nuclear reactors (including small modular ones),
improve the grid (lots to do there, think "emp") and incent manufacturers to build HEVs domestically. Cherry on top would be the 7gen ICE Camaro...
