Well, I'm willing to keep going forward and find out the cause of my voltage issues, I'm more less content on the voltage reading higher then normal but it does not explain the negative terminal corrosion. I purchased a knukonceptz V2 battery terminal and the corrosion ate it up, after cleaning off the corrosion the terminal block was black, it originally was tinned silver.
I smelt burning rubber a few months ago and the whole cabin filled with smoke but no trace of wires fried or burnt, only the insulation on the truck wall next to the negative battery terminal.
