So I replaced the alternator with a used one and no change on the voltage fluctuating, the good news is that the voltage isn't riding 15.2 volts anymore. I now have 2 alternators, o Rileys told me to just hang on to the other one, which is factory. What else can I look for that's causing voltage issues.
I have battery corrosion prevention on the negative terminal but noticed that corrosion is accumulated on top of the felt washer that soaked in the preventative, I can not say for sure that's what it is but there is a build up and it's the color of the preventative.
