I think he plays out his contract this year aprox value 5.25m.
If the Bills draft an RB in the first 3 rounds you can kiss Dalvin Jr good bye.
Speaking of Dalvin after he got the big money second contract he all but disappeared with his production way down and his injuries way up.
Not to mention James only plays 50% of the snaps and not many 3rd downs.
I like the guy but....just look at Joe Shoen who was Beanes understudy...he wouldn't budge on Saquon the Giants best player....who incidentally was the 3rd overall pick in JA17's draft year.
Cook is good but his production is replaceable and this is a deep RB draft.
With all that said I would be very surprized if Cook is Bill in 2026.
