It's ridiculous that ICE OEMs have to jack up MSRPs and pay a tithe/tribute to their competitor in order to give consumers what they actually want. If they can't force EVs on us with a carrot on the front end with subsidies on EVs, they'll get us with a whip on the back end with carbon credits built into the MSRPs of cars we're not supposed to buy.
