Tran was never a big poster, but he was huge behind the scenes.... He would go long stretches without ever posting but he scoured pages behind the scenes...

I would like to have the ability to block IP's, and send out registration approvals... Nothing more... I don't want to deal with advertisers or vendors.... That's been his bailiwick for many years...
Part of the issue is this is a quite old version of the software, and there are numerous vulnerabilities is my understanding... I can't believe there isn't a way to update to a newer software and retain the mass of records. No doubt some would be lost... but we could hopefully control the site more efficiently...

As I was told, the members list was a weak spot hackers and others took advantage of, so it was shut off, we can't even access it.... I used to troll the new members list daily looking for tell tale signs of a spammer...."Drives BMW," Lives in (name some place that has never seen a Camaro) We lost that avenue... I'm not saying all BMW drivers are spammers, but we learned to recognize the registration information and very seldom had to apologize. Very Seldom, and it was usually a friend of a friend... We would apologize, welcome them in with open arms and all would have a decent laugh...
