Just getting mine together after building a desk and hutch for it.
This is the basic build for my Alienware..
An overall view including the surprise Alienware chair my bride got for me. This was prior to installing any flight or race sim controllers.
This is getting closer. I've actually downloaded Flight Sim 2020, and have a couple of sessions on it.. The learning curve of the controls is a bit steep. Seat time as they say....
The pin in the center of the fascia board is a 50 Year Anniversary Pin for EMS in LA county. I received that and photos of Gage, Desoto, and the actual original members of the LA county EMS, for which the show was based. We are talking badge #003 and 006. I'm a retired FF/Paramedic and Jim sent these to me due to our mutual interest. The Holy Water is a bottle my mom got from the church and brought to Florida as I was being flown back into the country from Trinidad where I suffered a massive heart attack offshore on a drill ship sailing away from Trinidad towards the Gulf of Mexico. I was unconscious for over two weeks and in the hospital 59 days, beginning on Oct 31, (Halloween) of 2017. I got released on Dec 29.
My dad and oldest brother and I were fans of the Labonte Brothers, being from central /south Texas. I saw them on the short tracks of south Texas well before they were nationally known. The Camaro is a piece by a local artist that I won in an auction at a fund raiser for a girls school, held by the San Antonio Camaro Club.
The last image is of B-17's from WWII. My grandfather flew about every multi-engine plane in the US arsenal. He was a pilot before and after the war. I have the complete set of B-24 Liberator Pilot manuals as were issued to him during training. One original was lost and was replaced so his signature isn't in it. I'll probably leave them an aviation museum some day. I have electronic copies of one of his WWII pilot logs. My brother has the original and scanned the pages. It started about 4000 hours and went up well over 6000 hours. He flew General Omar Bradley and staff across North Africa numerous times. I'm currently looking for a decent B-24 image to frame and add to the collection.
