Ended up having to slap the service writer around to get them to understand that the labor for the HO install was free back in January, but we ended up getting on the same page after i broke out my crayons and circled it for them on the papers.
We are moving to a different house on June 3rd, so it was time to buy a ride-on. First ride on mower, first tow!:
