Getting tired of sifting through other posts with 90% irrelevant information.

Can anyone who has disputed the telematics through LexisNexis chime in here? I filed my dispute 29 days ago and as of today there is still zero action. I keep getting told they are "waiting to hear back from the source" which makes zero sense...just delete the f'ing data. I would have thought both LN and GM would gladly delete this data at request to limit any further litigation, but im feeling backed into a corner.

LN is a nightmare to deal with, what has been your experience and how did you go about disputing this? I already have a feeling they are going to come back and say "yep, GM said the data is correct" and then its back to square one... I made it pretty clear in my dispute that the data was illegally obtained and cannot be attributed to me as the driver with zero evidence, etc...
