It does, my set up is:
Xbox is wired to macbook, the macbook is connected wireless to the internet via Linksys WRT54G2 V1
So for the meanwhile I'm siphoning internet from my roomates macbook via Ethernet cord
And Xbox Live pw3ns PSN in every way
