What's your actual level of risk? Meriden and Wallingford seem to be a haven for stolen cars, but they're pretty much all very common ones (CR-V, Camry, various Hyundai / Kia, etc.) and many of them are literally stolen right off the street because the dumb owners leave them running while they go into businesses.
I know we're reading about the "massive increase" in theft rates on Camaro's, but those articles are largely in a handful of areas where performance car thefts are common already...
Mine sits in my garage when I'm not driving it and it's really just a "weekend car" for my anyhow.
