I don't think the diff control module would do anything. The reason you need the ZLE suspension control module is because the ZLE doesnt have mag ride. You can technically use a module from any car that doesnt support magride. The computer basically never receives or does anything with any information from the magride once the module is changed. It worked perfectly for me and the module I got on ebay for like $60. It's plug/play, you slide one out and slide the new one in, don't even need to remove any screws.
All the other solutions are more expensive and everyone seems to have issues with it, using the suspension control module from a car with no magride is a nobrainer.
