The manual may be down, but it’s not out. In fact there was an article in Road and Track a few months ago talking about Gen Z’s new found interest in the manual transmission.

I love manual cars and up until about the last 5-6 years, had generally had at least one manual car. However, they are just dying out more and more. And that's all my comment was about. It's not to talk bad, it's just the reality of what's in the market.

Porsche: Performance
Mustang: Performance
Toyota Corolla: Economy (and more sold over seas than here)
Supra: BMW Performance...
