Its kinda true, not really rude just an observation on real life. As the lack of pigmentation on some red's is such that you can see the blood gathering in certain places during certain times. That where with a person of a different skin tone, would look rashy if they had that type of color, and rashes are usually from long term wet condition.

I sure hope that was “PC” enough and not gross.
