The problem has already been solved.

I made a purchase for a project 2 gen Camaro and there was a discrepancy. I received a notification that there is a problem and that I should contact their line. But I had a lot of trouble getting in touch with them, so I asked for easier written communication.

I dealt with it for 2 weeks, sent a lot of emails, but no one commented on my shipment.
I tried Live Chat several times, but no one was able to tell me what the problem was. Only "call the line".


Only then did I get in touch with a certain Dale who told me…
Look, you have 2 cams in your order, the extra payment is missing.

The mistake was on the part of a certain lady who, at my request, added the cam to my purchase instead of replacing it.


So we solved it and the shipment is safely at my parts supplier.

So I wanted to ask someone here if they would help me and pass on my contact to that acquaintance so that we could solve it.
