My wife and I have been looking at new homes in the area... (kind of our "retirement home")... Guess what... All the new homes being built today around here, are not even being build with a EV Level II Charger installed... They are not even wired to have a spot to install one yourself. (meaning the garage doesn't have a dedicated 50 amp breaker for a level II charger) Every single new apartment complex going up around here. Guess what, no charging installed by all the parking spots...
