The main thing about the travel was it was our "home" game, so instead of the Jags having to travel to Buffalo that week, the Bills had to travel to England, where the Jags had already been for over a week. Did that specifically cost us the game? Probably not...but as was said, this was was an unprecedented situation and at the very least, we should not have lost a home game to travel to a neutral site game when the other team didn't have to travel that week. It would be sort of like the NFL scheduling the Dolphins to play at the Rams and Chargers in consecutive weeks, but telling the Chargers that they have to stay in New England before the week before the game.
