The question remains as to "how much" diesel is required to charge 98 vehicles. If it is the same amount as it would take to allow 98 diesel powered vehicles to drive 300 miles that’s one thing. But if the equivalent of say a dozen semi truck diesel tanks is enough to power 98 Teslas at 300 miles each (
29,400 miles) that’s a trade off well worth taking.
