- Is not overall greener for the environment as it requires electricity to produce which mostly comes from fossil fuels on a grid that loses over 70% of energy produced to transmission loss (EV's suffer here as well).
- Would only be good for local / around town drives as it would be impossible to refuel anywhere outside of your home.

That and unless we are talking Fuel Cells, hydrogen combusted in an ICE is not that clean.
