Anyway, hello. Originally from Ohio (hence "BuckeyeGuy") but transplanted to the DMV a while ago. Had a Firebird in my 20s (don't hate me), but am now working on picking up an LT1 before the end of the run next year. After a couple of test drives but also knowing what I want, I'm discovering I'm probably going to either be patient and lucky, do a factory order (and be lucky), or be willing to travel 500+ miles. So, I've spent the weekend reading a lot of the posts and threads here, trying to absorb as much information as I can.

Thanks for the great resource and what looks to be a fantastic community.
