I think you're way off there too. I think it's closer to $32k base for a WT.
A 2022 2WD crew cab WT is $29,530 base. No way the new one comes in at or below that.
My guess is,

LT:$35,595
Trail Boss: $40,995
Z71:$43,995
ZR2: $49,995
