What year did GM start the cylinder deactivation crap on the Silverado/Sierra? I’m thinking about a Sierra 2500 with the 6.2L and I know the newer ones have the new anywhere to 1-7 shutdown. Hell no. I have to say I really like the F-250 a lot. Do they have anything stupid like that on their gas motors? I know to stay away from the 5.4L.
