Hey guys! My name is Joe and have placed my deposit on a Summit 22 ZL1. This is my first Chevy (took me long enough) and I am so excited! I've been browsing the forums for a few weeks on my research and found a-lot of insights which helped lead me to this purchase and joining the community!
I'm coming from a 17 Focus RS and have historically been a Ford guy (see signature). After test driving a 06 corvette ZO6 with an aftermarket supercharger on a whim a while back, I found that supercharged V8's do something strange to me...and I like it
. I am now at a point in my life where I can own one new! Though, can't justify a lack of backseats for a C7 Z06 so ZL1 it is! I love a good manual transmission as well and Ford's S/C V8 is A10, more expensive, or 8+ yrs old. So here I am! Hopefully will be out of "in transit" status Soon™.
