These new Z's will not be making 600+ rwhp without turbo and fuel system upgrades. The infinity Q60, which shares the exact same drivetrain as the new Z, struggles to make 450 rwhp on a hot tune. Those 560 rwhp supercharged LT1 you speak of are all running 93 octane, low boost and no timing on a stock LT1 fuel system and that is why they perform the way the do.
Exactly my point. You're needing to upgrade the fuel system just to get to 650. If you want to go tit for tat forced induction vs forced induction with no fuel upgrades sorry but the Z is probably going to take it. A SS is useless as far as boost goes on a stock fuel system so realistically your 4900 blower is actually 6k+. After that you're looking at yanking the motor out to at the least gap the pistons and put a cam in to help with fuel because the Lt4 stuff doesn't go very far either. We can go on and on but let's not forget these pigs we drive get thirsty and injectors and pumps for our cars are outrageous after the Lt4 stuff.
