I worked at BK for a couple months (and only a couple months!) right after I finished high school and started college. The drive through remained open a few hours after the dining room closed. There was a guy that smacked a roach with a fry scoop and put it on a chicken sandwich and sent it out the drive through. I told the manager about it and he was fired. That guy met me out in the parking lot the next night, pulled a knife on me, and told me to tell the manager I lied. I never saw that guy again after that incident.
Also there was a freezer behind the broiler where the meat patties go before you put them in the broiler. You had to slam them against the side of the freezer to bust them apart. My manager, who looked like Dale Earnhardt, told me it's not just anywhere you can have a job where you sit back and beat your meat all day. har dee har har har...
