Maybe Cadillac could instead create a new genre for the Escalade V to compete in. Perhaps enticing an Armada sized competitor from Nissan or Infinity or perhaps Lincoln.
However, I'd just stay away from the Hellcats. Escalade is too big and it would be ashame to get embarrassed at its introduction. Cadillac should think of it as an executive's express train.
