Which they do not want to do, cost 3 times more then they will get in fines from you.
What that then allows is you to talk to the prosecutor [don’t need a lawyer] and say you will pay what ever but don’t want full point and bla bla bla reasons why with a tear. They will then work with you to avoid a jury trial. Maybe half fine n half points, full fine n no points if you have a clean record, but they will work with ya.
But you can only make deal by saying not guilty, anything else you get the full letter of the law at the judges discretion and the prosecutor will not talk to you.
