The Z06 should have over 500 ftlbs of torque versus 650 on the C7 Z06. The C8 has a ton more gear than the C7 cars and that keeps the torque deficit in check. Even the base Z06 should satisfy the ZL1 1LE crowd easily. Correction on my part, 460 ftlbs of torque at 6300 rpm. Ponyboy is correct 190 torque less then the C7 Z06. The 20 horse difference ,the crazy 5.19 diff gear ratio and the DCT helps tremendously to offset that difference.
