Sounds like dude, who was in a small town of 14-18K, needed some serious doctoring and the local hospital couldn't handle it because he required specialized care from a specific ward.

Doubt it considering they are an accredited cardiac hospital. They are probably just as swamped as most of the other hospitals in the U.S.
