I'm not an expert, but common sense says no. It's a virus, so think flu. Once you kick it, you should be done with that strain.

The "flu shot" is reformulated every year based on mutations as well. This will be the same type of deal. Also, you can't hide behind a mask forever. Everyone WILL eventually be exposed.

FWIW, I have heard of doctors recommending to take it as well as advising to NOT take it.

Does worldometers have any stats on vaccination status of those currently hospitalized with COVID? Or vaccination status of those that are being counted as COVID deaths? I think data like that could be informative for those weighing whether to get vaccinated or not. Interesting that the worldometer data isn't an exact match for https://coronavirus.jhu.edu/data



Here's another perspective from John Hopkins that getting infected it may cause longer lasting issues than the flu. Googling "COVID long term effect" or "COVID long haul" presents lots of interesting reading material.
