Almost forgot. The biggest thing they need to do is keep Spielberg away from any creative decisions or story. Hes horrible. I hate his films especially how he destroyed AI. Him and Lucas need to stop making movies ASAP. You look at District 9 and JJ Abrahms and wonder how those 2 hacks still have jobs.
