I own both.

Pros
- Instant torque, effortless power
- No transmission, no lag on downshift, upshift, always in the peak powerband
- Efficient - costs about $5 in electricity for a full 300 miles charge at home
- Regen braking saves on brake pads and some pedal fatigue in stop and go traffic
- Improved traction control since electrically integrated to drive unit
- Improved tech, UI, OTA software updates
- No oil changes, fluid changes. Just rotate tires, wiper fluid and replace friction brake fluid when needed.

Cons
- No exhaust note or vibration if you enjoy it
- No drama, assuming you enjoy some tire spin, roaring exhaust, winding out gears, etc.
- No manual trans, lacks driving engagement
- Dual motor setups are pretty heavy, 4000lbs
- Current EVs lack LSD, they use open diffs with electronic control
- Tesla traction and stability (nannies) spoil a lot of the fun of all that torque
- Limited modding ability, lots of software controls
- No 3rd party parts and service, yet
- Range - in an EV you really charge to 90% and try not to go below 15-20% so your usable range is often less than advertised
- Charge times - charging at home is convenient, road trips in an EV can create some anxiety
- Need Superchargers at tracks or forget it
