I use them frequently with a very high success rate. They don't like to spend their time schmoozing customers over email, that's for sure. However, they do deliver where it matters 99% of the time, and will definitely stay in touch when there is a problem or when they think you might have ordered the wrong part (based on your VIN).
Did you send a simple inquiry in that email? Perhaps someone here would also be able to answer your question(s)?
By the way, if you want a very large part such as a bumper, hood or diffuser shipped, the rates will likely be a dealbreaker. In that case you'll be much better off contacting a dealership and asking someone to pick it up for you, or maybe even walk in and do the entire deal locally, then you figure out your preferred shipping method with your buddy...
