Nah that's gotta be the caliper covers, LT's can't have rear Brembo's due to the parking brake being integrated into the caliper.

As for the tune, take it to a shop that might check for you but I doubt it is tuned. The CAI and exhaust is what most people do, having the CAI does change the driving feel of the car which may be the factor that feels different then OEM drive.
