My dad had the Caprice version of that platform with the 5.7L V8. Not quite as sharp / sporty looking but even those have held their value pretty well. I think he traded it in on the 2004 Monte Carlo that my son now drives.
The 1,473 miles is crazy! If you drove it 100 miles per year, you’d have more miles on it. Somebody must have thought “this is one to keep” (and they were kinda right on that).
