This book is not a joke. I cant tell you how many people it has helped. My brother was walking with a cane and seeing a chiropractor every week. He is fine now. People who ignored this book, went for surgery, had the pain change locations, took heed to the book then and got rid of the pain. I myself had horrendous joint pain from ages 15-31 years of age, its gone now. My Mom had neck pain for 40 years, this book got rid of it. Its written by a real MD not a voodoo healer, lots of science in the book and its an easy read.

I had recurring back pain... often severe... for years. One day I heard Howard Stern talking about how that book had cured him of his back pain so I figured I had nothing to lose by giving it a shot.
Bought book... started reading... and I'm thinking, "that guy is talking about
me!" Everything he was saying made total sense. Understanding the root cause enabled me to pretty much rid myself of all of my back problems.
I have been preaching the gospel of that book for years.
