If you want to do more than one at a time, you can do the following:

Go to "Quick Links" at the top of the page
Choose "Subscribed Threads"
On the far right of the list, select the checkbox for the threads from which you want to unsubscribe
At the bottom of the list (on each page) are the words "Selected Threads:" and a pull down list to the right
Choose "Delete Subscription" then click "Go"
