Now that I've thought about it some, the current STi and Evo run in the low 13s if they can pull one of thier good 5000 rpm AWD launches.

Neither car has a big bump in horsepower. They both get about an additional 20hp and 20ft-lbs torque. I don't think that will be enough to shave more than half a second off their current times.

I'm going to guess they will be in the 12.7-12.8 quartermile area.
