I rarely take anything......even aspirin. I can tell you I recover pretty fast as my body is used to fighting off things on it's own. I would not turn down a small pox vaccine, but for the flu, NOT WORTH IT to me. Most people that die from the flu have weak immune systems. Sad to see that video. Neurological problems are terrible, and very hard to live with.
