My cousin Kristen comes into town for the week so we get all the cousins together and head out for dinner.

About 30 minutes after Brad arrives, Laura, his wife calls. Brad gets this worried look on his face and says "oh Sh**" I took Lauras car and her breast pump is in there. Anyhow, Mark, my other cuz, says...:take Brad for a ride in your Camaro". Brads eyes light up (he is 36) so he retrieves the bag and off we go.

We hit the service drive and I hit it...82 in third. I see head lights about 1/4 mile back and know what is next. Anyhow, I do the over e way turnaround, pull over, hit the emergency flashers before he hits his reds and blues. Turned the dome light on, rolled the windows down...He activates his lights.

His first question...Whats the rush?

I say, well, I am just getting this breast pump to my cousin who lives three streets over. He looks att he bag and says...ok.

His second question was "are you a cop"?

Mind you, he already let me off.

I said yes, I am, I work for Detroit.

His reply...I knew it...anyone sticking their hands out the window in the suburbs on a traffic stop is either a smart ass or a cop.

Sure pays to have a breast pump in the car.
