Presidents DO have control over their words and as the leader of the free world has a JOB to do in trying to direct agencies to manage and protect the citizens of this country....Trump tried to obfuscate, minimize and do damage control because he was worried about the impact on his ability to get re-elected instead of being proactive to attempt to minimize the spread of the virus.
