Coming from a GM guy, I believe Ford did a great job with the GT500 (from everything that I am hearing).
My only concern is the price. A base GT500 starts at $74,XXX. You can purchase a 2020 ZL1 1LE for $76,XXX. If you want the Track Pack on your GT500, you're getting into the $90k+ range.
I get it. The DCT is very pricey and the Track Pack does include a lot of real carbon fiber, but geez... If someone is in the market and they're not a die-hard GM or Ford guy, I would assume that most people will purchase the cheaper car.
