Not to derail the thread....but the Malibu/CTS/Camaro/LaCrosse/Cruze/etc....they're all VERY high priority vehicles. And the Volt is the single most expensive development program they're running...well over a billion dollars into it...
for one car!!
So...maybe not so obvious?
