[QUOTE=Ron2ss;10647220]Purchased my Riverside Blue 2020 2SS A10 this past Monday. I only have a few weeks before the snow flies up here so I doubt that I can get it broken in before the long winter nap. So far I'm really glad I bought it.[/QUOTE

First and foremost, "Welcome to the Forum"! Secondly make sure you get that beauty put away quickly.

One of several memorable rough experiences I have experienced in life was in Northern NY.... Buffalo!

Back in January of 1977 I was conducting business on West Huron Street, Buffalo when the radio was talking about an oncoming major snow storm in the next several days. Growing up in Maine I "thought" I was used to snow storm.

I was suppose to fly out of Buffalo on either a Thursday or Friday, wrong all flights cancelled. Second option was to get a rental car, wrong major travel ban in place, third option grab a hotel/motel/inn whatever, wrong nothing available. Ended up stranded in an office in Tonawanda.

Winds at 70 MPH, 100" of snow, drift that were 35-40 feet in places that believe it or not actually "covered telephone poles and wires"! Cars stranded every where. I believe several individuals met death by freezing in their cars.

There was one bit of light during this tragic even, the owner of a liquor store next to the office I was at was also stranded. We had a ton of snacks and plenty of drink!

The travel ban was not lifted for about one week! So... when in the Niagara, Erie County area and they say a blizzard is approaching, take it seriously!
