UAW targeted GM so once the strike ends, Ford and FCA will be forced to cave to whatever GM was forced to cave to. That being said the strike is already affecting suppliers.

Wages, increased profit sharing, temp workers to full time, allocation of future products to plants, and (this is a new one I heard today) absolutely zero imported products, including from Canada.
