My opinion is slightly biased as not a fan of "Ratrods". Only a couple I've ever really cared for. However the wiring in that looks nightmarish and would be a little turned of by that drive train. i totally agree i don't even like the term "ratrod". fads come and go in the hobby pro street was the chit then pro touring now restomod and unrestored patina is actually kind of cool i just don't think ratrod is cool enough to command 15k. that is over the top rat. i would runaway from that.
